Following the safety operating procedures of CNC machine tools is not only necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, but also to ensure the normal operation of CNC machine tools, achieve technical performance, and fully leverage their processing advantages. Today, let's talk about the specific operating procedures for CNC boring and milling machines.

1. Comply with the general safety operating procedures for milling and boring workers. Wear labor protection equipment as required.

2. Check whether the connection position between the operating handle, switch, knob, clamping mechanism and hydraulic piston is correct, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the safety device is complete and reliable.

3. Check if there are any obstacles within the effective working range of each axis of the machine tool.

4. It is strictly prohibited to use beyond the performance of the machine tool. Choose the appropriate cutting speed and feed rate based on the workpiece material.

5. When loading and unloading heavy workpieces, it is necessary to choose reasonable lifting tools and methods based on the weight and shape of the workpiece.

6. When the spindle rotates and moves, it is strictly prohibited to touch the spindle and the tools installed at the end of the spindle with your hands.

7. When replacing tools, the machine must be stopped first and confirmed before replacement. When replacing, attention should be paid to the damage of the blades.

8. Do not step on the surface of the equipment guide rail or paint, or place objects on it. It is strictly prohibited to strike or straighten workpieces on the workbench.

9. After inputting the machining program for the new workpiece, it is necessary to check the correctness of the program and whether the simulated running program is correct. Automatic cyclic operation is not allowed without testing to prevent machine tool misoperation.

10. When rotating the workbench during work, it should be ensured that it does not come into contact with other parts of the machine tool or other objects around the machine tool.

11. During the operation of the machine tool, it is strictly prohibited to touch the rotating threaded shaft, polished rod, spindle, and flat turntable. Operators are not allowed to stay on the moving parts of the machine tool.

12. During the operation of the machine tool, the operator shall not leave the work position without authorization or entrust a dedicated person to guard it.

13. If there are any abnormal phenomena or noises during the operation of the machine tool, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and timely handling should be carried out.
