TC4540 & TC4550 Slant Bed CNC Turning Center
TC Series CNC Turning Center is a high-speed high-precision CNC lathe. The control system can control the movement of X and Z axes at the same time, and can efficiently and automatically complete the machining of internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface, circular surface, end face, slotting, various threads (male inch thread, taper thread, variable diameter thread, end face thread), drilling, reaming, boring, chamfering and other processes of black metal, non-ferrous metal and some non-metallic parts of shaft and disk parts. After install powered turret, the machine can finish milling, drilling, tapping and other more complicated processes.

High rigidity –The machine adopts integral high strength HT300 cast iron, 45° inclined bed structure, with high rigidity and good accuracy retention.
High precision -- Adopts Taiwan high rigidity roller linear way and high precision pre-tension ball screw, high precision and high rigidity spindle unit. Ensure machine working in high precision.
High loading capacity —— The tailstock adopts flat guideway design, spindle box installed vertically, which improves the load of the machine while ensuring the stability of the machine.
